COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE – PETIT FUTE BRUXELLES 2012-2013
La 23ème édition du Petit Futé de Bruxelles 2012-2013 vient de paraître ! Le carnet des bonnes adresses indispensable à tous ceux qui habitent ou se rendent régulièrement à Bruxelles. Cette année, nous avons profité de la thématique « Brusselicious » pour connecter le guide à la gastronomie. Et le ton est donné dès l’éloquente couverture.
En collaboration avec Visit Brussels, l’auteur a mis en lumière les richesses culinaires de notre terroir. Plusieurs chapitres y sont consacrés : – les RESTAURANTS évidemment, incluant la petite restauration et les meilleures friteries. – des produits cultivés ou préparés chez nous – une sélection de brasseries ainsi qu’un petit abécédaire des bières régionales – quelques chocolateries – sélection complète des marchés – le « Happening Gourmand » qui reprend les manifestations culinaires de l’année Brusselicious. – l’agenda des événements incontournables – quelques chefs à domicile et des cours de cuisine
Après ou avant de se mettre à table : – le chapitre SHOPPING décline une sélection de boutiques de mode et de créateurs, des librairies et bien sûr des maisons de bouche – des lieux culturels (musées, théâtres) et des sites insolites – des adresses « bien-être », – des hôtels et des chambres d’hôtes
Pratique, tout en couleur et illustré de jolies photos et d’anecdotes historiques ou étonnantes, ce Petit Futé de Bruxelles reflète ce qu’il y a de meilleur à consommer et à voir dans les 19 communes bruxelloises et sa périphérie.
Une dizaine de Bruxellois connus ont été soumis à un questionnaire basé sur la gastronomie. Aveux éloquents ….
L’édition offre donc un bouquet d’adresses représentatives de Bruxelles permettant de réelles découvertes ou redécouvertes et annonçant les nouvelles tendances de la vie en ville.
